RICHARD BREIBART: Here at the Offices of Richard Breibart LLC, we have a substantial practice and an area of concentration in business litigation. That means disputes involving businesses versus businesses or businesses and people.
We pride ourselves when it comes to business litigation on actually getting to know the business itself. We look first towards which attorney in the office would have an area of knowledge that may very well be important to the client. Then we will build upon that team by having at least one other attorney and a civil paralegal, so there'll be at least people working on each individual case.
Our job is to find out as much as we can about the clients and their business and then to take that information and discuss it with the clients and apply the legal principles involved and make a determination whether the client is best served through attempting to resolve it or having to litigate it.
Our goal is to provide service of the clients whenever they need it. So once you're a client of ours, we continue to be your lawyer as long as you need help.
