South Carolina Lewd Behavior Attorneys
Lewd and lascivious behavior occurs when someone commits an indecent act of sexual gratification by inappropriately touching another's private areas. Touching a person for purposes of sexual arousal that is unwanted and/or makes the person uncomfortable is also a lewd act. Indecent exposure occurs when someone publicly exposes his or her genitals in a public place.

Defending Against Allegations of Indecent or Lewd Behavior
Often allegations of indecent exposure or lewd acts involve children as the victims. When young children are involved, their recollections and statements may be a result of undue influence or suggestibility. It is not uncommon, especially in cases involving a contentious divorce, to find yourself accused of sexually exposing yourself to your own child or sexually touching a family member. In these situations, our firm turns to expert psychologists, doctors and other medical personnel to refute the allegations against you. Our indecent exposure lawyers know how to look for instances of unreliable testimony and are experienced in using experts to establish the falsity of the allegations against you.
