Ms. Todd joined the Law Office of Richard J. Breibart, LLC in September, 2007. She has experience in the area of domestic and matrimonial litigation.
Ms. Todd earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Lander University located in Greenwood, South Carolina, in 2002 and graduated from University of South Carolina School of Law in 2006. After law school, she worked for one year as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Keesley, a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. Prior to and throughout law school, Ms. Todd worked in the law firm of Moore, Taylor and Thomas, PA. She worked specifically with the domestic team and has substantial experience drafting family law documents, including but not limited to pleadings, discovery, financial declarations, affidavits and legal memoranda. Additionally, Ms. Todd has court room experience and has worked on traditional domestic cases, as well as, cases involving third party custody disputes and enforcement of out of state family court orders. The Law Office of Richard J. Breibart has an exceptional criminal defense team and Ms. Todd has worked on numerous domestic cases representing parents and/or spouses charged with criminal misconduct.
