Jonathan is the supervising attorney for the civil litigation team. He was born and raised in Edgefield, South Carolina and has practiced law in South Carolina since 1999. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and the University of South Carolina School of Law. Following law school, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable William P. Keesley. His practice consists of business litigation, personal injury, banking industry misconduct, products liability, and complex litigation. He is admitted to practice law in South Carolina's state and federal courts and before the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

He is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. Jonathan is also on the Board of Governors for the South Carolina Association for Justice.
