Nancy T. Jordan

Ms. Jordan is a local attorney born and raised in South Carolina. Ms. Jordan graduated with honors from Lander University in Greenwood, South Carolina in 2002. Thereafter, she attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree. After law school, Ms. Jordan worked for one year as a law clerk to the Honorable William P. Keesley, a South Carolina Circuit Court Judge in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She was married to Jeffrey Jordan in 2008 and resides in Saluda County.

Ms. Jordan joined The Law Office of Richard J. Breibart in 2007 and launched the firms Family Court Department. Ms. Jordan has focused her career in the area of family court. Her practice includes family court litigation in cases involving divorce, division of assets and debts, child custody and child support. She has experience and an interest in cases involving enforcement or modification of out of state custody orders. Ms. Jordan also has training as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the interest of minor children in custody disputes.

Ms. Jordan is compassionate and sensitive to the needs of her clients while at the same time being straightforward and honest. She promotes settlement and negotiation in all cases attempting to tailor a resolution that accomplishes each clients specific goals.
